Special Handling: CRITICAL FROZEN. Collect a FULL SST tube of blood. Invert 5 times.  Let clot 60 to 120 minutes at room temperature. Centrifuge at 1000 to 1300 g for 10 minutes.  Decant Serum and freeze immediately.
